I’ve also noticed the gym is cleaner and the bulletins are updated more often since she’s been here. She has a great personality and has been helpful to me when I needed her. “I've been a member of 4 boxes across 2 states and 2 countries over the last decade and River Parish CF is one of the best. They do a fantastic job at welcoming new members into the CF family. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The members are friendly and helpful. How much someone likes the programming is always subjective but I am extremely pleased with the ratio of strength work and metabolic conditioning. It's the right balance for a 35 year old who would rather just move heavy weight but knows a healthy heart is most important in the long run. I highly recommend reaching out to Ray, the owner, if you're looking to begin getting into shape or if you're a CF veteran looking for a new box.”
