“I've been a member of 4 boxes across 2 states and 2 countries over the last decade and River Parish CF is one of the best. They do a fantastic job at welcoming new members into the CF family. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The members are friendly and helpful. How much someone likes the programming is always subjective but I am extremely pleased with the ratio of strength work and metabolic conditioning. It's the right balance for a 35 year old who would rather just move heavy weight but knows a healthy heart is most important in the long run. I highly recommend reaching out to Ray, the owner, if you're looking to begin getting into shape or if you're a CF veteran looking for a new box.”

“This location is excellent. The gym is clean, well equipped, and spacious. The owner, Elaine, is very helpful and knowledgeable about different exercises. The other members are nice, and after almost a year there, i definitely feel like the environment is welcoming. They even have classes if that’s your thing. Definitely recommend going to this gym.”

“Avah is a great addition to the Anytime staff! She is always present during business hours, unlike past employees. I’ve also noticed the gym is cleaner and the bulletins are updated more often since she’s been here. She has a great personality and has been helpful to me when I needed her. I would definitely recommend this gym to others now that she is here!”
