“I arrived at the hotel for business reasons I only spent two days very clean room, I remember that I got lost in the hallway and I asked a girl and she showed me where my room number was, highlighting that the next day I saw her again near breakfast and asked her name to be able to give a good opinion of her since she was polite and kind her name is Dailen a thousand thanks to her my wife and I were very quiet in the hotel, when I return to Kenner I will stay at the hotel because it highlighted very good location for everything you need”

“This is a pretty nice HIE especially for an airport hotel. Has an attached bar & grill that I didn't get to try. Everything was typical of an HIE, except that I splurged a little for an extra space room, but my shower didn't have a shower curtain. I did my best. Also, the breakfast bar seemed a little sparse, but I attributed that to being towards the end of the breakfast time. All in all it did it's job, gave me a place to take a comfortable place to sleep.”

“We were in Louisiana. The hotel is convenient, it just across from the airport. The hotel is beautiful and the service by the staff was excellent! Oh, there are no microwaves in the room, it's okay because it’s in a lobby area of it's own?. Plenty of parking an the ground is well lit ?. We enjoyed our stay and we will stay at this place again!!??”

“Breakfast was awful . Id recommend the other one down the street. They have dove.bodywash lotion and shampoo .not that cheap soap they had here.. The rooms was clean and the bathroom was clean as well no mold or mildew anywhere. Stay here the rooms are clean. Ring your own hygiene products”

“Hands down the absolute BEST hotel stay I’ve had in a while. My sister and I had the pleasure of staying here for a week during Mardi Gras and we really didn’t want to leave!!! The beds, the pillows, the bathroom EVERYTHING was immaculate!! Jarrett… the manager and Amanda (front desk) should be made to train ALL EMPLOYEES at every Holiday Inn because their customer service is top tier!!! Even Bam Bam (inside joke) had great customer service.
And let’s talk about the breakfast!!!! Whew weeeee!!!! Delicious!!!! Mariann and Tammy were wonderful, now there was a lady there that did not seem to fit the model (she worked in the kitchen she was rude never spoke and often slept-See the photo ) but she doesn’t count because everyone else was OVER the top with greatness. And I dare not forget the security guard he made sure that we were good coming in and going out late at night even stepped out to make sure we got in and out of the car ok. We are already waiting to book the same hotel accommodations for next year”
