“I arrived at the hotel for business reasons I only spent two days very clean room, I remember that I got lost in the hallway and I asked a girl and she showed me where my room number was, highlighting that the next day I saw her again near breakfast and asked her name to be able to give a good opinion of her since she was polite and kind her name is Dailen a thousand thanks to her my wife and I were very quiet in the hotel, when I return to Kenner I will stay at the hotel because it highlighted very good location for everything you need”

“This is a pretty nice HIE especially for an airport hotel. Has an attached bar & grill that I didn't get to try. Everything was typical of an HIE, except that I splurged a little for an extra space room, but my shower didn't have a shower curtain. I did my best. Also, the breakfast bar seemed a little sparse, but I attributed that to being towards the end of the breakfast time. All in all it did it's job, gave me a place to take a comfortable place to sleep.”

“I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and am eternally grateful to Ahnisha. The entire guest services desk are very kind and helpful but Ahnisha went above and beyond to assist me with getting situated for the night. It was extremely hard to find a place to stay with Taylor Swift in town but Ahnisha and this particular Hilton really came through. Thank you.”

“There are a bunch of bad reviews on google for this place over the last 6 months, but my stay could not have been better. (1) Airport shuttle arrived at correction location with minimal wait; (2) check in was easy and room was prepared and ready; (2) bar/restaurant (which closed at 10pm - bit early) sat me and served me even though I didn't show up until 9:45; (3) amenities were good; (4) upon request, airport shuttle took me to the rental car facility in the morning as opposed to just going back to the terminal (which is a 20 minute ride from the rental car facility). All in all, I couldn't have had a better overnight-stay.”

“Lobby, halls, and room were very clean and even smelled clean! Nice hot water in the showers. The whole hotel seems recently remodeled. Conveniently located near the airport and 1-10 for easy exit out of Nola. You can hear a train go by every now and then, but didn't bother our sleep too much. Other than that, pretty quiet.
Perfect location for our road trip back to Houston, TX.
Free breakfast was acceptable, but definitely have had better elsewhere.
Would be nice if they offered water bottles for free, but I realize this is now something a lot of hotels don't offer anymore.”
