“Went there on Nov. 4, 2024, with a bad oil leak, where I needed to put oil or fill up every time I needed to drive somewhere.
Went to Firestone, and they told me it was a Main Rear Seal leak. Google estimated about $1000 fix.
They took it the same day. Price was spot on.
Picked it up the next day; the total was a little over $1200 bc they also replaced my oil sensor, which had gone out.
It's the 23rd now, and I've had no issues.
Love a shop that actually fixes the issue the first time.

“Received great service at the Walmart in Boutte, La on Hwy 90. Manager Freda Stipe Barne and her staff made sure I was taken care of. Customer service at the counter was great, the technician on the bay floors went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the service I needed. Highly recommend for your car care services.”

Cameron did an excellent oil change and explained an issue I had and recommended 2 mechanics to fix my problem.
