Excellent service. Staff friendly. They hand scrub your vehicle before you enter the wash . After you’re out they have free vacuum stations if you need them.

just joined the unlimited wash deal for both of my cars. Absolutely love it...From the wash to the tire shine to the vacuums. Just noticed the carts with the Windex and the microfiber towels...complimentary to use. I go almost every day.

The two young gentlemen working and assisting are very polite and eager to make sure they do a prescrub! It’s why I go here and NOT the other new car wash that just opened (down the street, they do not do a prerinse or scrub for you before entering). You even get goodies , dash wipe and air freshener! The vacuum area is always clean and tidy and has clean towels for drying.

I like the wash ,lots of sudz tubs out side bug stations need to be refreshed 1/2 day into shifts I will go back

*Posting on behalf of Jamel F.*Avoid this place as my car was damaged at this car wash on August 06 while I was cleaning my windows. I noticed scratches on my car and immediately informed one of the workers. Upon further inspection, I discovered scratches in four different areas. The employee said they would get the manager/supervisor, but instead returned with an incident report. I took pictures and completed the report as instructed. When contacted by Tracy, he informed me that they needed to review the security footage. After the review, Tracy relayed to me that his boss claimed the scratches were already present on my car before entering the car wash. I requested to review the footage myself, and Tracy agreed. During our viewing, he pointed out a certain area on my car and said, "These scratches were already here." I responded by saying that I had no scratches in that particular spot and requested to see the rest of the footage. He replied, "Those were the only scratches found," referring to the incident report that listed multiple scratches. Once again, I emphasized that there were no scratches in the area he pointed out, and I offered to show him the actual scratches present on my car. We went outside, and I displayed all the scratches, providing accompanying pictures as evidence. Tracy took additional pictures and mentioned that they would need to review the footage once more. He later called and informed me that his boss refused to accept responsibility for the scratches, maintaining that they were already there. This contradicted our previous conversation where Tracy had shown me scratches in a specific area where there were none. I reiterated this to him, emphasizing that he had not shown me any scratches at all. I requested a copy of the recording, to which Tracy initially agreed, but he later stated that the recent storm had caused some technical issues, delaying the process. I am currently awaiting the recording. Additionally, I needed certain information for a police report. Initially, Tracy claimed that his boss had reviewed the footage and provided the necessary details. However, when I asked for the name of the person who conducted the original camera review, Tracy revealed that he had done it himself.

I live next to the Bunge grain elevator and it constantly spews dust onto all the homes and vehicles around here. This car wash keeps my truck looking pretty. Easy in. Easy out. Good vacuums. Polite courteous staff. It's become the best part of my ride to work. I wash my truck almost every day!

Had a bad visit with them went to the car wash and my whole car wheel came off her the noise as I was going into the car wash machine , the manger stated they will fix it but turn around and say my car piece by my tire was hanging already when it clearly shown nothing was hanging before I went in . The manger stated that she will contact me and she fail to do that I had to go up there myself and see what was going on because they don’t answer they phones they be sitting right in the office letting the phone ring so I was able to get they personal phone number and when I did speak to the lady who was over the place she was saying she couldn’t fix it because she said my car piece was hanging already when it clearly shows in the video it wasn’t.

We purchased the $30 monthly wash. Worth the cost. Free vacuum stations. I recommend removing the antenna and don't forget to fold in your mirrors, ladies. Our truck has been spotless since finding Sudz.

I didn't have the best experience here. The green light remained on forever and it seemed as if I was passing up the brushes and water. The red light to indicate STOP seemed prolonged. When it finally came on I accidentally put car in reverse instead of neutral/park and the wash ended. Seems like the deluxe wash cycle could be a bit more forgiving. No one is there to assist with problems.To be fair, I'm going to give Sudz Station a three star review. However, it would be nice to have someone available to contact if an error arises.

Second time there & once again nice polite employees. All happy & no negativity. Even gave me dash wipe & air fresheners. Highly recommend this car wash you can't go wrong.
