The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were able to replace not 1, but 2 internet modems with little to no hassle. Same day.Store was clean and we were in and out both times.

Let me start by saying, T-Mobile can me the runaround. I been to three locations trying to get help, I crack my screen and my phone went blank, I wasn't able to process a claim because I forgot my pin, I been Sprint customer for 25yrs. so who remembers a pin since then. I call T-Mobile location in Luling,LA; I talk to a young lady by the name Devon she said I can take care of you, so I traveled there, same exact think I needed the pin to get into the system. I was asked do I have another phone that can be turned on to retrieve my pin from my email, I said yes. I traveled back home to retrieve my old phone, upon returning Devon and two other employees made it happen, I was so relieved, I was at a point that I was going to call and ask for my buyout and tell T-Mobile to go to hell but thanks to some kind and generous support from the Luling location I'm able continue. Thanks
