My mother is so grateful for the help that she received from Jacob at Colley's! (She thinks that's what his name was!) Her car was overheating and she was stuck in a parking lot a few miles from home. She had been waiting for AAA to come and tow her to her mechanic for almost 2 hours. They finally sent a request to Colley's and he was there in under 15 minutes. He gave her a cold bottle of water and got her and her car to her mechanic safely. Thank you for a job well done, Colley's!

I probably should only leave one star, but seeing how I’ve never actually dealt with this company as a customer…I’m being nice. I was driving on highway 22 heading into Ponchatoula near the i55 overpass November 5, 2024 around 1:30-1:40PM when whoever was driving the black tow truck came off the interstate in front of me at a high rate of speed, never looked to see if anyone was in the lane and pulled right out in front of me. I had another vehicle to my left, so I was not able to move over…but I had the right of way. He had a yield sign….If I hadn’t slammed on my brakes, he would have slammed right into the side of me. I get that these companies rely on work due to breakdowns and accidents, but don’t go out and cause one in hopes of getting business. I definitely will not consider them if I ever needed the assistance of a tow truck. Warning to people driving near their vehicles…watch them…they aren’t watching you. SMH Someone could have been seriously injured or worse. Be respectful of the other vehicles around you!!!

My mom and I are sincerely grateful for Colley’s Towing. Our vacation plans changed unexpectedly when we had a blowout late in the evening. Steven arrived quickly and efficiently loaded our car. He made us feel comfortable and kept us engaged in friendly conversation during our ride home.
We also appreciated the outstanding customer service from both the AAA agents and Colley’s Towing, which transformed a stressful situation into a seamless experience. We highly recommend their services!

These guys are absolutely the best. AAA estimated a two hour wait but these guys got me in under 45.
They were incredibly nice and called me multiple times to keep me updated on ETA and to ensure I was safe.
I had to ride in the truck and the driver made me feel safe and comfortable. I would trust any family member with these guys.
I cannot recommend these guys enough. I am saving them in case I ever need a tow again. I will never call anyone but these guys.
