I have a necklace and 3 charms which have never been cleaned because I live out of state and it is hard to coordinate my visit to Louisiana with a cleaning. Mia offered to clean my jewelry and have it shipped back to my home in Texas. I received timely emails on the cleaning and shipping information. It arrived, beautifully boxed and wrapped.
