“I arrived a few minutes past my pickup time and I was told that I would have to wait an hour and a half to pick up my trailer because everyone leaves the office from 1230-2pm.
There was one lady in the office that was very kind and still allowed me to get the trailer.
There were no notifications or warning that they were closed for an hour and a half during the day when I was booking the rental. I could have arrived sooner if I would have known as to not inconvenience anyone.
There needs to be notification or for it to be clear that they are not available for a time during their business hours.
Overall though, great experience and very accommodating employees. I will certainly rent from them again.”

They made sure she knew how to load and unload her car on the trailer as well as hook the trailer up to the truck. She left completely confident with her ability to load unload and hook up! “We needed a storage place during our move to our new home we're building in Madisonville. After looking at several different storage companies, we found Liberty Self Storage, it was a perfect location, easy to get to. The manager, Tiffany, was so great in showing us around & helping us select the right bin for our needs. It was very clean, & she even sprayed bug spray around the bin just to give us that extra help. Later we decided we needed a larger bin & because of some of the things we needed to store, we wanted the climate control unit. Tiffany helped us make the change & again took care of our needs. We love having the bin there & we also store our boat there too. We feel very safe with our contents there, has security gate, video monitored, & we can get in when we need with our very own codes. Liberty Self Storage will take care of your storage needs, like it has ours.”
