The rates were competitive with every place I called, making the truck an even better bargain. They offer both climate controlled and regular storage here as well.”

“We rented a U-Haul trailer with a drop down gate. The trailer was in excellent condition. The lady there hooked up the trailer to our vehicle. We returned it the same day and only had to call to confirm the trailer was back in it's place. My only complaint is the place you go to to complete the rental is not where the units are stored. We had to drive to a different location after filing out the paperwork. It wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice to know beforehand.”

“The facility is clean and well lit with plenty of working carts and the elevator is fast. The bathroom is clean with enough toilet paper, soap and paper towels. Staff were very helpful when I acquired my unit over the phone.”

“The truck interior was not clean.
It wasn't filthy, with trash, but cupholder and side pockets on doors had sticky residue. Floor mats were dirty, windshield needed cleaning for safety reasons. But, truck ran well, brakes were good, seats were comfortable and it got the job done. The after hours pick up and return on the app were a bit confusing and could be made clearer for those less tech savvy, but if you have experience with apps, it becomes clear and it's great to be able to pick up and drop off any time. The key was not in a lockbox as stated. It was in the back of the truck. Overall, would use this pick up location and UHaul again. The price was very fair.”

“We needed a storage place during our move to our new home we're building in Madisonville. After looking at several different storage companies, we found Liberty Self Storage, it was a perfect location, easy to get to. The manager, Tiffany, was so great in showing us around & helping us select the right bin for our needs. It was very clean, & she even sprayed bug spray around the bin just to give us that extra help. Later we decided we needed a larger bin & because of some of the things we needed to store, we wanted the climate control unit. Tiffany helped us make the change & again took care of our needs. We love having the bin there & we also store our boat there too. We feel very safe with our contents there, has security gate, video monitored, & we can get in when we need with our very own codes. Liberty Self Storage will take care of your storage needs, like it has ours.”
