Storage Rentals of America provides a great experience with very nice and super helpful staff. The process is easy, often done by e-sign, and units are clean and well taken care of. The facility in Madisonville, LA is always clean. A concern is that one gate sometimes remains open. Overall, the staff is helpful, kind, and courteous, taking time to assist customers.

    Diane was great. It was done in no time and she came from Mandeville to show me the units in Madisonville. I really appreciated that.
    It was all done by e-sign on the phone so that was easy. Units look clean and everything looks well taken care of
