I reached out to The Ruel Law Firm and others just days before my court date. The other firms tried to squeeze me for every $$$$ they could, because of the short notice. The Ruel Law Firm gave me a fair flat fee which was half the price in comparison, and explained the different scenarios that were possible with my case, and vowed to do their best. I had a speeding ticket, and was 23mph over the limit. Had I showed up to court without The Ruel Law firm representing me, chances are I would have been found guilty, had to pay the ticket/fines, ordered to complete 23hrs of community service ( 1hr per 1mile over speed limit), points on my License or possible suspension, and increase in my insurance. I'm so happy I reached out to them, because they were able to reduce my offense to a non-moving violation, and I only had to pay for the ticket. Easy to work with and open communication throughout the process. If you get a traffic violation and are worried about the impact it's going to have, let Scott handle it. I had my speeding ticket reduced to something that isn't going to raise my insurance, these are things you have to think about when you hire a lawyer to represent you. It's better to pay a little upfront for piece of mind you are being represented by someone with experience and a proven record rather than paying increased insurance rates for years.
