After the propane company I have been with for 13 years service started getting bad, I came here. I came here because my old driver Slim was working here and always gave me great service. This company has taken care of me today and will hopefully have my service from here on out.

Worst customer service that we have ever had to deal with. Watch for increased rates without being told. Jeremy Guillory is extremely rude and will even threaten to pick up the tank the same day. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. You are much better off with a different propane company such as Cajun Propane.

Our regular supplier out of Lake Arthur has yet to even call us back since Hurricane Laura and we were out of propane. My wife called Brandon at Cypress Propane and he had a truck to my house within one hour.You know who you can count on when the chips are down.

New customer thank to hurricane LauraOffice staff is amazing and so caring.Drivers are amazing too.This company is not trying to kick you in the pocket book or gouge you with prices when your downWe live in Lake Charles LA to this day our power is still out.I call in the morning that day they are here.Local propane dealer are not on my good list .I would recommend everyone give Cypress a call I think you will be very satisfied.It nice to still have nice caring people in the world we are living inThank all of you

These are the best people, when we called and asked if they could bring some propane becasuse we were almost out. They came 2 different times and filled our tank. This was during the time after Hurricane Laura and the local dealer were all out of propane. They drove approx 70 miles and took care of us. We so much appricate it. Thank you from the bottom of our heart.

We are new customers of Cypress Propane. We have been very pleased with the service we received from the lady in the office, to the guy who came out and installed a regulator on our tank and got it ready, to Mr. Jude who filled it the next day. Very nice people and quick service. Looking forward to being a long time customer. Thanks

I have been using Cypress Propane for 6 years now for fill ups. A few weeks ago we ended up having a leak in my propane tank (install by another company). Joey Simon came out to assess the issue and figured out we needed to replace the tank. He made a promise to have it replaced the next day, very important with a young family. He replaced the underground tank and tested everything in less than 2 hours. Very good company to deal with. Customer service is very important to me. After dealing with this issue, It’s easy to say I am a Cypress Propane customer for life.
