Wayne and his team were great. On very short notice they set me up with a truck and trailer for a long distance one-way move. I was quickly on my way and everything worked out great!

DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL FROM-THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL SCAM YOU..
I’m currently in the process of suing this company right now! When I arrived to pick up my U-Haul I was doing it through the U-Haul app which was around 50$ plus the dolly and damage coverage so that rounded it up to 70$ and some change. The owner was getting the truck ready and told me it would be quicker if I just come inside so I didn't think of anything because then again I was in a rush so I thought he was just being nice. When I signed the contract it ended up being 98$ then another 50$ after I used the U-Haul . Before I returned the U-Haul I filled it up exactly a quarter tank just like I got it but he decides to charge me an extra fee of 88$ for gas .Not only did they over charge me for the U-Haul and gas but they also charged me an extra 200$ for a missing dolly that I KNOW FOR A FACT I RETURNED WITH THE TRUCK!!! Luckily I have pictures of the dolly in the back of the truck before I dropped it off because this is exactly why I’m cautious with company’s like this. Here’s the cherry on the top apparently I’m not the only one this has happen too. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Very welcoming staff, helped me out with all my moving needs, and even helped me extend my time renting their uhaul. I just really liked the wonderful service. I'll use you guys from now on!

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Not only did the uhaul I rented flood with water and get my belongings wet, I was verbally misinformed on the rental terms of the storage unit. When I called about it to discuss I asked for a copy of my contract to be faxed to me the woman refused to do so. I was told I could come there to pick it up and then was hung up on. Save yourself the trouble and do not do business here.
