Yesterday, I took my phone to another organization to get fixed, and it appeared that they caused more issues.
I realized that I probably should have just gone to the ATT store, and inquire about a new phone. They were busy as usual, but welcomed me, and efficiently handled all of the other customers needs, and then began to assess my issues.
Brady was the consultant that began to explain how I could purchase a new phone, at an incredibly reasonable deal. The phone was actually the icing on the cake, because the service Brady provided, made my husband and I feel as though he was actually happy we were there! His servant’s heart began to shine the minute we walked in, and we left making a new friend!
I also asked the manager his name which was Cody , and he too was a human smile!
Honestly, ATT have a great gift in these 2 previous professionals!
Thank you huge, for all of your kindness, and help! I’m back in business, “ literally”❤️

Cherie, the new store manager, was absolutely amazing yesterday. She helped me resolve an issue that had been ongoing with AT&T for four years. Her patience and determination are unmatched and I’m deeply grateful for her going above and beyond to help me.

The staff is absolutely outstanding! Could not get the help I needed at 2 diffrent stores. Walked in this store 10 minutes before closing . They stayed after hours helped me get everything in order. Ordered my phones and new watches. Thank you for your great service and professionalism! The employee's at this location have my business as long as they are present !

Niccole was extremely helpful throughout my entire transition to att! She made sure my accounts were set up on all new phones. We are extremely happy with our decision and couldn't have been more pleased with the amount of savings she was able to provide for my family. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well and would recommend this store to everyone in Mandeville.

I cannot give a worse review that what I want to write. Every time we have gone to the store there is a new story as to why our trade in phone credit can’t be applied in full. Basically just conned into getting a phone contract and now regretting ever purchasing it. Avoid this store at all costs.
