Don’t leave a five star review until you at least had the vehicle for the first service. Smoke and mirrors. The salesman is nice but he doesn’t work for the service department. “Quote on quote.”He wants five stars before you drive the vehicle off the lot. The service department is a joke. My 2023 f-150’s passenger seat has a shake. I brought it in for tire balance. Didn’t fix the problem. Instead changed my oil at 2000 miles. Now it has a noise coming from the passenger seat. I work weekday and some weekends. I drive 120 miles round trip. They can not accommodate my needs on a Saturday. They sold a $10,000 worth of extra services. However, they can not make time to even look at it and it only has 7,000 miles on it. Bring it during the week. However, the week is how I pay the note. No loaner vehicle? Don’t use the service department. If you buy there use another dealership service department. Definitely don’t buy their service plan. Better off using a private mechanic. My note could have been 150 dollars cheaper.

My first time purchasing a truck here at Banner Ford and Mr. Patrick Ricau helped me find the best deals that would work for me. I recommend asking for Mr. Patrick when visiting Banner, he made the process very easy!! All around great experience!

I have bought several vehicles from Banner Ford and have been satisfied with their sales and service until yesterday. I purchased a 2017 F-150 new and all service has been done at Ford dealerships. Banner has worked on my truck twice to repair leaking from the oil pan, this work was performed under warranty, it has started leaking again, they will not repair it again without charging me for the repair as it is now out of warranty with 46,000 miles. I pointed out that it obviously wasn’t repaired properly the first 2 times and thus they should stand behind their work. The service manager said nope, pay or they won’t do it, I asked him if it was going to cost me to have it repaired why on earth would I have them do it again when they couldn’t do it right the first 2 times. I can no longer recommend Banner Ford service department.

Brought truck in for a recall issue. Service writer calls me saying issue is fixed but the truck needs a manual regen due to filter at 92% capacity. Wants to charge $580 to hook up a code reader and manually regen.The fact is the truck was actually at 23% capacity. So either the tech lied to the writer of the writer lied to me in order to squeeze some green out of me. Regardless I would highly recommended you always ask questions and be diligent. There are con artists out there that will swindle you. Find a trustworthy mechanic.

Returning customer.. twice in the last year we have purchased vehicles from Mr. Les. Honest, relaxed and professional. It has always been a fun, relaxed, welcoming, and seemless experience. My salesperson, Phine, was great. When I had a warranty issue, the service department was not. I had windshield visibility problems since the day I got the truck, and Banner's service department unsuccessfully tried to clean the windshield on multiple occasions. Eventually I requested a warranty-replacement windshield, which Banner reluctantly filed with Ford. Ford denied the claim, saying that "outside sources" were responsible for the windshield visibility trouble, despite my evidence to the contrary. Banner made no further efforts to remediate the problem. I have filed a complaint with both the NHTSA and the Louisiana State Attorney General's Office and May pursue further legal recourse in the future. In addition to this, I have noticed several obvious quality-control lapses from Ford. When they sprayed the factory bed liner, for example, they didn't tape the front end of the bed evenly. They also didn't remove the tie down brackets and just sprayed around them so beneath the bracket is bare paint. It looks completely ridiculous.My takeaway is this: I won't be buying another Ford -- and that's a lot for me to say that. Neither Banner nor corporate Ford handled the situation appropriately, and I won't give them any more of my business. I advise others to do the same.

I've bought two vehicles here and used the service department many times. They are always willing to help to make things easier for me. Service department in particular has helped me on short notice to repair my vehicle.

Found my son a super clean 2017 f150 king ranch. Called and asked for sales and by the luck of the draw got Rich Tucci. We drove 3 1/2 hours to get the truck because he made the deal clean and simple. Everyone we encountered there was kind and helpful. Rich will make you feel like you are sitting with kinfolk. Class act from top to bottom. Thanks again Rich for making our deal fair, quick, and easy.

Rich Tucci (my salesman) and Jay (the finance guy) at Banner Ford surpassed my realistic expectations for a dealership! My dad and I drove 4 hours after the deal was worked out to my liking, and once I walked in there was less than 30 minutes of paperwork to do. Mr. Tucci and Jay had taken care of everything so that it was basically finished save a few signatures. We walked in and found everything unchanged and as we were led to believe it would be and the entire process was so quick and painless that I wouldn’t hesitate to drive 4 hours again to deal with this group of straightforward hardworking people. 5 stars, highly recommend!

So I brought my raptor to this dealer ship and Christian brother automotives to fix my A/C. Christian brother charged me $250 for a repair ford claimed to cost $4,000. I like ford and their cars but not getting ripped off.
