i could easily give this place a ten if it’d let me it’s the most positively vibed place i’ve ever been. everyone there is so so sweet and friendly. cameron is the one who does my hair and shes all around awesome she made me look and feel like myself again and i so much appreciate it! i will definitely be coming back when i need to get my hair done again! i 10/10 recommend coming here it’s an awesome place!

I have never been treated the way I have at any salon before like this. I was told it was best for me to go get my hair done elsewhere. The hairstylist Alysa did not listen to me and so I thought by talking to the manager to explain what happened and what I needed fixed would be best bc I was unhappy and it still looked worse. They did not fix my hair I was a problem to them for asking to get my hair fixed after the stylist did not make it better the second time I went. You can obviously tell before I went in I had blonde highlights and was bright. I went in to get it touched up and a trim bc my brown roots were showing. She scolded my head from the water being so hot and my hair was turned to a brassy orange and red after. The highlights were fine. So second time I came back she put toner and had to be on the phone to measure it out which scared me and I should have left. Second day and my highlights were toned down to a darker color my family says it’s showing grey my brown shows more now and the top of my head is still brassy. I paid for nothing bc the highlights are practically gone. This girl doesn’t know what she is doing obviously and the owner is backing her up on it. All I asked was to get it fixed and this is how y’all treat customers? I have to walk around like this and thank you so much I was trying to get my hair done for my daughters party. I have to wear it up now bc my brown and that brassiness is showing more than the highlights that I PAID for! Yalll are wrong and I didn’t make a big fuss all I asked was to get it fixed bc I am embarrassed. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. You can’t listen to a customer and deal with a problem your in the wrong business.(AKA they just now took HALF refund back!)

Very satisfied with my cut by Emily! I have very thick hair and wanted to get a trim with layers and for it to be thinned out. She listened and was able to give me just that! I love my fresh look!

Denise McKnight is my hairdresser and colorist. She is excellent with covering gray, adding hi lights, and trimming my hair without extreme cut. Ask for Denise, become her regular client you will always look amazing!

Hands down the best hair salon in Mandeville. Heather is very attentive and makes sure to listen to exactly what you want! Every time I walk in I feel like I'm visiting family, and when I walk out I never stop receiving compliments! Bella salon is the place to go!

They were very nice over the phone, and made sure they could accommodate me as soon as possible. Katie is new, but she did an excellent job cutting my hair. I love the way it turned out.
