CapitalOne is the strangest company. One day they are excellent and the next day they are terrible. Closing the HWY 190 branch in Covington by WalMart and leaving the Highway 25 branch open makes no economic sense. Clerks are always friendly never rude. They always answer any questions with a smile. Lines move very quickly unless person is slow getting deposits ready to send to cashier. Pens always work. Phone customer service is also amazing. I love banking with capital one. And no OVER DRAFT fees now. Yay
