Very beautiful and large shop! They have every flavor of Vape I've ever seen and then a ton more. Lots of the high quality GRAV and other branded glass with prices to match. All the accessories I could've asked for. Though I didn't see bangers now that I think of it. Though I didn't ask either.Owner happened to be there at the time and gave us a good discount on an item that looked like it had been there awhile. Will definitely return if we're in the area.

Stopped in today to pick up some juice and the young man working the counter was incredibly rude and lied to me. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this shop, I only go there if my preferred shop is out of my regular products. Over the years I have seen staff come and go at this place and they are rarely friendly and not motivated to help customers.The woman who I believe is the manager, and has been there the longest that I know of, always looks pained to be there.Lastly, staff blowing huge vape clouds as they speak to a customer is about as unprofessional as it gets, I don't want to inhale your vape particles or hot air. I get it that nicotine is addictive but c'mon, can you not wait till the customer leaves? Today will be the last time I ever step foot in that store.

So they advertised a vaoe for 21.99 I get charged 39.99 (there mistake) come back and they won't even give me store credit none the less credit me the money back. Get it together yall!

My husband purchased the wrong pods I needed. I called to see if I can come get the right ones, they said NO. So that was a waste of $15. I will not be going back.

This shop has everything I need whether I'm trying something new or sticking with what I like! The staff is so helpful and always friendly. Even throughout the pandemic they have stepped it up and continued to give great customer service!! It's warm and welcoming so def try them out!!

Horrible customer service i walked in trying to buy a mod & no one even approached me to even help me until after 5 minutes. After they so called "helped" me, on duty employees kristen & shelby didn't know anything about the vape or how to help me with it. Need better service & would DEFINITELY recommend Legacy Vapors or UVape over this store. Terrible experience

My husband and I have been shopping at Create A Cig for many years. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Kristin and Shelby! Every time we come into the store, they are always so sweet, and eager to help with anything we need. I do have to say, it was such a joy to see Kristen back in the store this past week! I really hope to see a lot more of her and Shelby. They are the best! If you are looking for a vape shop... Create A Cig is the place to go for all your vaping needs!
