Tricilla the customer service representative was polite greeted me and was knowledgeable and helpful I had to exchange an item with no exception

The new owner was knowledgeable. The new owner doesn't do veteran discounts like the store used to give so any veterans don't bother asking. I was told be happy with the discount they give for the select items they had discounts on that that was good enough.
