They denied me and my boyfriend’s application for an apartment going for $830/ month. I could not get an answer as to why we got denied. I Check their website next day they raised their prices to $1010 for the same apartment. Something is fishy about this place.

It was just a couple of days before Christmas, but the office was warm and inviting even though Mary Ann was swamped. She took her time to show me the apt. It's just what I needed. I'm so thankful that I met a lady there who spoke so highly of management and maintenance. I'm still waiting for a definite yes. Please pray with me to receive it.

Honestly thinking about calling the BBB on this complex after reading the reviews and having my own experience… I’ve been here a month & I’m already ready to LEAVE! The place is infested with fleas and when brought to their attention I was told “fleas are brought in by people and we could treat the fleas but it would cost $100” first of all, unless you live under a rock or have a preschool education, everyone knows fleas come from animals and livestock! I woke up with flea bites all over my body and can actually see the fleas jumping out of the carpet. The windows to my bedroom had screws shoved in them so keep them from closing and now after taking the screws out MYSELF, the window doesn’t close at all anymore. I was told by the “assistant manager” and I use the term very loosely, that the apartments are made “ready to move” by their team yet the refrigerator makes weird noises, the tub in the bathroom was dirty, and clearly no one checked the windows. If you’re an apartment complex that takes animals, TREATING FOR FLEAS should automatically be part of your pest control! I once owned a dog for almost two years and I’ve never in my life had flea bites until I started living in Grand Palms apartments. I definitely should’ve done my research on this complex before signing my lease! I read some reviews after the fact and I’m not the first one who lived here who’s had an issue with fleas. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Safe to say, I will NOT be renewing my lease when it’s over.

We where super impressed with the upkeep of the grounds and pool on our way to tour an available unit. The apartment has everything you need, the bedrooms are spacious with very nice sized closets. Appliances are up to date, large windows open the unit up. It would be a very nice place to live.

All maintenance requests are handled promptly. The management is kind and courteous. They even give my dog treats when we stop by during our walks. Management is open and honest about anything you have questions about, and I’ve truly enjoyed my experience renting here.

This apartment is horrible. The worst I've ever stayed at. It is infested with fleas and dog hair. We’ve addressed this matter with the propertymanager that we can’t live here yet all they can say is: We will Keep cleaning it until the flea goes away.My wife gotten bitten and have scar all over her leg and body. She is traumatized to continue to stay there. The propertymanager said that if we want to move out we have to pay two months to breakthe contract. We broke the contract at our previous apartment to move to Grand Palm because its closer to my job. We didn't want to break the contract but the apartment is not liveable. If anything, they should compensate us not by trying to make money from us. So, We’ve moved out and finally settle in another apartment then we received a letter stating we owed 5903 for 6 monthsrent.FyiI’ve moved in Apt 1311 on August 16th but officially live there on the 18th with the month of August rent paid. Until September 3th.Thi Ha

It's horrible apartment I ever lived. My wife got bitten by flea so bad. We came to the office to talk to them and they didn't care about how bad my wife legs are. They didn't clean or vacuum the carpet when I talked to the property manager she said she did inspect the room, it was clean and try to make money from us for 5900 after we moved out with all that.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! at first it seemed nice the people were really helpful. After I couple of months our washing machine and dishwasher were leaking. There were roaches. AND BLACK MOLD ! We got a noice complaint when we first moved it (because we were moving stuff it). The maintenance man takes forever to fix problems. We didn't have a working stove for over 2 weeks. They said that there was a backorder but within a week our lease was up and they suddenly fixed it for the new people but not us. WE GOT BOGUS charges after we moved out. Do not recommend.

I've lived here for 2 years and I love the landscaping! Beautiful setting for apartments. If you need an apartment, please tell them Christy McCoy recommended Grand Palms!

After a tree flying at 65 mph thrust itself into the ceiling of my 3-bedroom apartment and destroyed my entire life of belongings, I decided while it was raining for 5 days and the apartment was filling with water we had one opening. It is the same price. One less bedroom.I like that YOU are reading all of my reviews.Fix the toilet, fix the pipes.Oh, and I like the responses asking if you could help. That's great! But I answered "No" many times.

Stay out of the grass!Cleanliness: there is p*** all over the grass. It is very obvious that they do not encourage their residents to clean up after their furry family members.

Apartments are really Nice except when you ask management to have maintenance fix something in your apartment I’ve been asking for quite some time now to fix my tub and nobody’s ever came to fix it I don’t even know if the air filter was checked they said it was but I was home that day all day long but I will be talking to management tomorrow Below are pictures of my tub which are chipping which was chipping when I moved in and I’ve been moved in for a whole year now! Ok here i am editing this story they fixed my bath tub it looks amazing just like a brand new tub, and i wanna say that Christine is a wonderful person who is very patient and kind and i love living here i just have to be patient sometimes. Sorry no new pics of new tub yet.

Having been forced to move here after Hurricane Ida Deatroyed my and my roommates apt.Almost sending an entire pine tree through my face.I LIKED our 3 bedrooms..Now, we moved as soon as we could, with a tree through the houseThis Apartment Complex is SO busy, constant screams of the possessed, Cars choking on fumes, coughing, sometimes almost a sound of the last breathe of so many cars.Truth? Sure. No, I am not a fan of this style of apartments, the discontent, the drug deals.. This is the sound of a crooked place conjuring new ideals. Wasting the time of the renters, yet busy enough that I would say,Unless you are single, young, male, and can handle yourself. You know what I mean. This is not your home.
