Better than ?Goodwill. Why can't we take all donations? In support of Habitat's mission to build affordable homes, ReStore sells donated items to the general public. In short, we can only accept what we can sell. Sometimes we have to decline donations due to safety concerns, known product recalls, or to reduce our disposal costs.

Love this place!!! Was able to buy half of my kitchen necessities for an insanely amazing price!! Definitely a store you need patience for but if you are like me and are willing to spend a while at a store for a great deal you'll love it here. Going back as often as I can because you really can't beat the prices and it's for a good cause

I used to spend thousands of dollars each year here. No more. There are some delightful and helpful employees and last I was there, a very rude and hostile one. "management" is what chased me away. The last straw was the promotion of said hostile employee who knew next to nothing about pricing and customer service, or deliberately avoided any responsible attempts. That employee, with the encouragement of management, hiked up prices so much that it was cheaper for me to make my purchases "on-sale" at original place of sale, new. What was really sad for me was that many, many donations that could have fetched a good bit of money, were eventually thrown into the dumpster, as witnessed by many. Obviously, too many people passed up ridiculously high prices like I did. So, people who took the time to donate so many things did so for naught as their efforts and merchandise were turned into trash. One day, I reported to management that some sort of chlorine liquid was covering a large area of the floor in a back section. Two hours later, no one had attempted to clean it up albeit many customers were trying to walk through that aisle. Nor had anyone attempted to block the area off as it was not only a slipping hazard, but a chlorine health hazard as well. I could share many examples of derelict management at this store, but I hope what I have stated gives a good idea.

Such an amazing group of people to work with. Sarah Ertz made volunteering such an easy process and enjoyable for us. The items they sell are not old, worn down, shabby belongings but beautiful, clean and displayed so that you want to take them with you. Great place, great people, great cause!!!!!

Horrible experience with Restore manager yelling and screaming at me when my refund was already approved. He yelled at me by my car and again inside store. Blatant disrespect for customers especially when I asked him not to yell. I'm 59, this is ridiculous to yell at a tax paying citizen. I'm taking this further. I worked as public service Librarian for years and never disrespected any of my customers. I don't recommend shopping here if they allow this kind of disrespect to customers.

Mask wearing is not a law! However discriminating against someone with health issues is against the law! Will not be going to this store again! I hope your business closes and smart people stop supporting places such as yours. You can try to force the emcees but you can not force the customers! Factz a mandate is not a law! There is no law requiring masks!
