I have been coming to Jimmie Nelson's for 4 years. I totally trust them to keep my Tomaca up to date on everything. Both my sister and brother use them, and we are very satisfied. Nice people and great service, couldn't ask for anything more.

This shop was great. Came in not knowing if the issue was the alternator, the battery, or something else. Could have totally tried to take advantage of me but they didn't at all. Everyone I spoke to was very straightforward and honest. Turned out to just be the battery terminal and needing a new battery. The price was excellent. Took my car in around 2pm and had it back to me by 6pm. Fastest mechanic service I've ever gotten in the state of Louisiana and the owners are super friendly people. Definitely recommend.

This is the best repair shop! My Prius Prime's battery failed me, and I am from out of town, staying at a B and B. They helped me immediately, providing more than their usual services, because I was in a bind. Their Toyota certified mechanic got me a new battery and installed it immediately, while Michelle, office manager, provided kindness and a pleasant place to wait. I am so grateful!

Brought my car in for one part replacement. OVERCHARGED for labor and extremely rude customer service.
Upon leaving, I noticed my car had more issues, prior to bringing it there.
Avoid this place, as Jimmy Nelson does not own it anymore.
