My go to place for nails. The man is awesome. Not much into small talk which is what I prefer. When I get him, my gel nails last six weeks!!!!!! It is best to make an appointment. However, you can make it last minute. I seem to call the day of and just check in with them before I go.

The husband of the owner is extremely RUDE!! I have been going here since they opened and have looked passed his rudeness many time but today was the final straw. I hated leaving Joy but his behavior is unacceptable.

Recently I went for a manicure and pedicure there were two of us and no one else in the place. The owner (man) did my pedicure. He was extremely rough. He used the callus remover with a vengeance as a result I have cuts all over my feet. After that he got out the paraffin and did not wait for it to cool slightly and I put my foot into very hot wax...then came the hot towels that were not wrung out the water ran down to my feet and burned one with a mark. I've tried this place a few times and find the people rude and this experience was not the usual relaxing time I have at my normal place. I cannot recommend based on my experience.

If I could give this nail salon a zero star I would. I was going in to get my nails done to cheer me up because I'm sad. And then they started talking to other guests about me and then they said pick your color I said no I want gel then they proceeded to work on another clients nails witch is fine but then the guy who was there I don't know his name didn't bother to ask but he then told me that there is the gel nail color on the table so I am standing up and just minding my business looking at the colors & he told me "sit down" like I'm a dog or something like do not go here. I called my fiancé and then acted like I had an emergency at home so then I could get out of that very awkward situation. I will be spending my money elsewhere! They will never get my money or my time ever again I walked out . This place should be shut down!

Owners are quiet and reserved but always polite and nice to me. The gentleman introduced me to a clean manicure with buffing that looks amazing. Also my nails always last when I get them done here. No chipping.

the worst nail I ever been too. my real nails are broken. Went on a Thursday and Sunday morning broken and Monday broken. I see why no one was in there. stay away from this nail shop.

I hate to leave a negative review of a small business, but I wish I would’ve read the yelp reviews before coming to this place. Was having lunch with a friend next door and decided to pamper ourselves. Terrible decision. The lady doing our nails used the same sanding band on both of us and clearly every customer before us. She pulled nippers out of a drawer that clearly weren't sanitized or stored correctly. Now a week later my nails are lifting, and since I do my own acrylics I'm taking off the dip powder manicure I received at Joy Nail Salon, and it's a disgusting MMA mess. Health code violations and not professional grade products. Never again.

The worst experience ever. Let's start with the two cuts on my toes. Ouch!!! Then the polish that had to be redone on my nails. We can end with the the second round of polish coming off during the evening. Polish was so old and broken down that it wouldn't stick. I never write reviews, but this experience was awful and all right before a big event I had to attend. First world problem for sure, but I attended the event with no polish. Wast of time, money and a little toe pain to top it off. I would not recommend Joy Nails ever.
