My visit was wonderful. I had an appointment for later but went just after they opened from lunch and no other patients were there. Let the woman at the desk know my appointment wasn't until later but she said it was fine. I checked in on the kiosk and went to sit down, immediately was called to verify labwork. They brought me to the back, performed the blood draw perfectly, and I was finished. Took 15 minutes and the woman who did it all was so sweet and funny. Highly recommend going in the afternoons.

Horribly run office. Would not recommend going here. There is 1 lady running the entire office (she is very nice but does not make up for lack of service and accessibility), so wait times are long even if you make an appointment and no one ever answers the phone. They were supposed to fax my results to my PCP office and they never received them. I now cannot get in touch with the office. It's been a nightmare working with this place and I will not return.

Noel was great at the Mandeville location! She was all by herself and handled all the patients with professionalism and kindness! There was a total of 6 waiting and she was great! I was surprised she was all by herself. You can tell she was very busy. I received my results in one day. I am impressed with my first visit there!

Wait time...you'll be waiting over an hour if you come in first thing in the morning while fasting todo bloodwork.

The only good thing about this business is the one and only employee. She runs the front desk, searches for lab requests by computer and is the Phlebotomist on staff. She is efficient, pleasant and professional in all ways. We went there two days in a row (with and without appointment) and waited an hour and a half each time along with at least eight other people. There is no bathroom in the waiting room; the bathroom is in the inner office and it is locked to the public. There is only one patient room - my granddaughter had a medical emergency after having 10 vials of blood drawn and had to lie down on the bed for about 1/2 an hour. Meanwhile the Phlebotomist was helpful and efficient and caring even though she had a roomful of people who were impatient and some were downright rude and obnoxious. This business is poorly managed and severely unfair to their employees and any patient who has to go there for insurance purposes.

Worse place I've ever been to. Didn't have my orders when went to my appointment so got the Dr on the phone with them. Had blood drawn and verified vials that all the information was correct. Never got results and they said they have no record I was ever there!Dr

Unfortunately my experience was not different from the reviews. Made an appointment, arrived early, received a text that I was "ready to be seen," went immediately to the waiting room (I was in the parking lot), and was passed over by 6 people and am still waiting (20 minutes and counting). Don't use the mobile check in, they will skip you.

Don't go here, take the time to go to another facility. They do not distinguish between walk-in appointments and scheduled appointments when calling patients back for work.

checked in for an appointment that i made with someone. sat in my car for an hour got fed up and go in and they say they can’t do drug screens right now. then don’t make the appointments. people need these done for jobs etc. just say you can’t do them. stop wasting people’s time.

Showed up twice to this location and both times they claimed not to have received my orders even though I had confirmation from my physician. This labcorp is poorly run and managed.

One person running the place. Our orders are conveniently not in the system as it was almost closing time when I got there. The technician was slamming the door and she was angry. Never again.

Waited 35 minutes. Only one person was seen. Seems like only one person is running the place and she totally disappeared for over 20 minutes. I and another patient gave up and left. Complete waste of time. Go somewhere else!
