“The woman who works in the office is the best! She confirmed my appointment by phone call and was very thorough in giving, directions, what equipment i needed and pick up and drop off instructions. You just dont get that sort of customer service anymore. I will be using ABC Mini Storage U-Haul from here on out.”
“We rented a U-Haul trailer with a drop down gate. The trailer was in excellent condition. The lady there hooked up the trailer to our vehicle. We returned it the same day and only had to call to confirm the trailer was back in it's place. My only complaint is the place you go to to complete the rental is not where the units are stored. We had to drive to a different location after filing out the paperwork. It wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice to know beforehand.”
“This location is very close to me making it very convenient. The location is clean and neat and always available to me whether I need to enter my password or whether the gates are open. I like the way what is run. It appears as a professional facility which makes me comfortable when I drive in to pick up or like drop off something in my unit. I would suggest this to anyone who’s looking for a storage facility.”
