Edit: I sued the company and won over 6 months ago and they still have not paid or attempted to pay."Negative review if I could"On November 17th, 2022 Northshore tint and detail installed tint, did a paint correction and a ceramic coating on my Audi. The tint has a lifetime warranty and the ceramic coating has a 6 year warranty.Tint:The tint is bubbling. They said the sun would fix it if not bring it back and they would fix. Well for one, we also had the ceramic coating done on the same day. Come to fine out from the care package they didn’t supply us with, Ceramic coating is suppose to stay out of sun for 10 days. For two, they have yet to refund us or replace the tint.Paint correction and ceramic coating:When I went to pick up the car I told them the car looked terrible. It looked worse than when I bought it. They said it was the lighting in the shop. I knew It had a 6 year warranty so I trusted them. When we got back from vacation, I started contacting them and they didn’t answer the phone. On December 1st 2022, I texted them the problems and got no response. My wife texted them the next day on December 2nd with pictures and got no response. I kept calling and I could tell they were trying to ignore me. Finally they answer in January (probably by mistake) I asked if they were ignoring me and of coarse they said no. Supposedly they get a lot of calls. I told them the problem and told me to bring the car in for inspection. I brought the car in January 13,2023 and they said it was likely due to Tommy’s car wash and they would fix it this time. They also said if I bought the touch up paint, they would fix the rock chips. They recommended Tommys as a safe place to go (note we didn’t ask for a recommendation) We didn’t know much about ceramic coating and didn’t receive a care package or special instructions. Now, We had these problems before car was even washed so I don’t understand how they can even blame it on the carwash. If it was the carwash then they should not have recommended a car wash. Both scenarios they are at fault.On the inspection day they set me up with a repair date on January 17th, 2023. I scheduled my day to drop off and pick up 2 days later. We dropped off car at 9:00 and by 10:00 they were calling me saying they wouldn’t be repairing the ceramic because damages were from the car wash (that they recommended) but they would replace the tint. Well we got in this big argument and they left car in the parking lot with the key in it. My car was left there unattended. They didn’t repair anything. They said they washed the car for inspection but I have video and pictures of me picking the car up and it is full up dust. In my experience, if you wash a car it gets rid of dust. Everything they did has to be redone. The whole paint job is swirled, bug juice on the car, chips that feel like they didn’t even do a coating, small scratches that could have easily been fixed with the paint correction.

They did a great job and were able to do my car the same day I wanted to set an appointment. I only had the front side windows done and the finished in less than 30 minutes. I think they are family owned, which I really like.

Tint started to get bubbles on all windows...I was told it was a lifetime warranty but got a hassle instead of help whenever I brought it in to get it looked at. This business is not to be trusted told me wait few months bubbles will go away never did and now I'm stuck because he won't acknowledge his lifetime warranty!!!!
