I really had a fantastic experience. A really nice young man went over and beyond to help me find a pair of jeans for my incredibly particular teenager. Just really great customer service!

It's an old navy what more can I say then it's convenient.

I've been to many Old Navy's, I'd say this one rates with the usual. Clean, but a little disorganized. No staff available on the floor to assist, but I rarely want help anyway. They kept the line at the register moving, which is always a plus.
