“Was very easy to park in a handicap parking spot, right in front, and walk with my cane into the building. A kind young man held the door until I was able to get inside, and then chatted, very friendly, with me as I went to mail my card. (Yes, I still send hand-made cards to my friends!) The gentleman didn't know where to mail his rent check, so I showed him the slot for letters in the Lobby. Then, he kept pace with me and again held the door (still chatting) so I could exit, and we parted ways. It was an overall very pleasant experience, and I know that was mostly due to the kindness of the young man, but it was nice to be able to park close and enter easily, then mail my letter without having to jump through hoops and stand in line. I appreciate tat there's a slot in the Lobby to mail stamped cards and letters, and even a drop slot for small, pre-paid packages. I don't mind paying for postage, knowing it's going towards accessibility features for everyone.”
