The entire staff here is helpful, and very prompt to answer any concerns you have. I have almost all my insurance through this office, because I know they are on top of every policy I have with them. Very glad I found them.

I cannot sing enough praises of this State Farm branch, and Selene Eagan-Tingle’s team. It has been a totally different experience from the other State Farm branch that I was with before. Andrew has been so thorough, and helpful, and ensured that I have everything I need with my insurance policies. He took the time to go through all of my policies with a find tooth comb, and l caught several mistakes made by another branch. Exceptional communication, and quick response time from the office, has made me feel much more confident with my coverage. If I could leave 10 stars, I would.

I came into this State Farm family (Selene Eagan-Tingle/agent) via my significant other and Office Manager, Alana Cordray. It’s very cliche’ , but words honestly cant express how helpful Alana was with my swap from another company. Every single step of the way Alana broke down my savings and all options available to me to reduce my monthly premium. Dont know if it’s proper to mention monetary specifics, but i’ll just say State Farm/Alana saved me a lot of money. Alana was such a pleasure to do business with, it was literally a joy to talk to her. We spoke almost daily for about 4/5 days until my process was complete. If anyone expresses a need to change insurance i will definitely recommend this office.

Needed some help reviewing my various insurance policies and Dawn was there for me. She was very knowledgeable and courteous, and provided all the details in a easy to understand format. She also watches my account to make sure my payments are received in a timely manner to avoid cancellation. This is just one example of why I have been with Selene Eagan and State Farm for over 20 years. They still believe that the customer comes first.
