I attempted to use this business but they had the nerve to tell me I couldn't hold my son to get his haircut... he's 2/12 years old! Then lost two other customers because they close at 4 but thats a whole 15-20 min away which means your still open u have to accept clients.HORRIBLE SERVICE!

When your store ours say open until 4pm on Sunday and you arrive at 3 pm and doors are closed is an instant 1 star.

Had not been to this location but was thoroughly pleased with Deborah. She listened while I described how I wanted it cut. I guess she is a great listener because I got a great cut. I WILL be back.

From the moment I told Danielle that I wanted a short cut and described it, she gave me attitude. Told me her fingers were large and she could only get it so short. Asked me why I wear my hair short. Cut it, was not short enough, cut it again with clippers. Asked her twice to chip it out. Second time, her response was: "Really? Why do you want that?" I replied: "because it's my effing head". Threw me out.

Been coming here for several years now and had always had a great experience until this month. Ms. Susan cut my hair and seemed to be in a huge rush for no apparent reason (there weren’t many people there). She paid little attention to detail, pretty haphazard, and made a complete mess of her work area. This was reflected directly in my haircut unfortunately. I know everyone has to start somewhere, but as a baseline simply believe that if she slowed down, took pride in her work that it would go a long way. Plan on going back to this location because of all the other great hardworking stylists but will need to be more selective unfortunately moving forward.

Went to get a haircut and the stylist appeared to be intoxicated. She was unstable, swayed from side to side and the mint that she sucked on throughout the cut didn't mask the odor. She dropped the comb, giggled quite a bit, and coughed in my face (Now I'm congested)!! Not good for business!! Not Happy with this experience and will not be back!!

Took my daughter to supercuts. Susan cut her hair and was really rude. Coughing constantly. Handled my daughter pretty roughly. Abundantly rude to the people in the waiting room as well. Hair very uneven. Having to take her somewhere else to getsupersets. Will NOT return. Also did not clean the chair off after completing two cuts right before my daughters and seemed amazed that I wasn't leaving a 5$ tip for a 15$ botch job.Service: Haircut

Really sad and disappointed I’ve been going to this place for years and they’ve always done a great job. Supercuts you need to work on staffing. Every single time I go here during normal business hours it’s closed. Get it together!!

Every time I come here there is only one person working, maybe 2 people waiting and it's over and hour and a half wait. Every time. The app you can no longer set an appointment like you use to. This place use to be good but they never have any employees. They even raised the price to $19.99 now. One person cutting everyone's hair. Need to find a new place to go. Also, you never know when they will be open or not. They seem to open and close when they feel like it. Whoever owns this place needs to show up for work and learn how to run a business.

Save yourself the time and go to literally any other haircut place in Mandeville. I’ve tried this location the past three times and every time the stylist is at lunch. Today I went at 3:30 and the note said they will be back at five. Definitely my last time trying.
