I never leave reviews, but I need to give these guys 5 stars. They are honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I would recommend Superior Tire to anyone looking for a great mechanic.

the lil guy at the desk was exceptionally rude-- told me to go somewhere else if i didnt give them all my personal information. alas, i was in a pinch and needed to get my tire patched so i quickly gave in.
the based garage worker who did the actual work was polite, and was quick -- so, they deserve some credit for that.

Hello. I just had my brakes replaced at Superior Tire Mandeville. I see there are a few reviews where the customers had negative experiences, but my experience was very positive and I wanted to share.
This is actually the 2nd time I brought a vehicle to superior. The first time, I just had a tire that was low on air. Not only did they put air in the tire, but they were friendly and didn't try and use the opportunity to sell me anything. That left a positive impression in my mind.
With regard to my most recent brake job. I originally took it to another local auto repair establishment and they quoted me a very high price...and tried to upsell me on several things that I didn't need (a new battery when my current battery was just replaced 1 month ago and is functioning perfectly...really?). Not only did superior fix my brakes, they did so quickly and at half the cost of the other place.
I will definitely go back to superior in the future and feel confident in referring them to others.

Literally never write these but called and guy on the phone was surprisingly rude. Worth my 30 seconds of time to give them a negative review with how rude the dude on the phone was.

I gave this place another opportunity after disappointing me with their inability to fix my vehicle's problem in the past. It was a simple "flat tire patch/put the spare back in its well" job. I'm informed that my spare's crank mechanism is now completely broken and disassembled in the trunk of my vehicle, and the part is almost $400 plus whatever labor. Didn't argue with them at all - just got my keys, and we won't be bringing any vehicles there again.

I own a business and I was in a huge bind with my company van and needed it looked at right away so I brought it to Superior Tire and they jumped right on it and had it diagnosed and fixed in a couple hours. The customer service was amazing, the work was fast and great, and now I don’t have to rent a van on Monday which is awesome. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Thank you guys very much! I couldn’t have been more pleased and it was a breath of fresh air to see such great service. Keep it up!

Wouldn’t even give one star but it wouldn’t allow me to move forward without doing so. We have gone to this place three times trying to get a flat fixed/ new tire. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the staff there are rude and act as if they don’t want to be bothered. The three times we have attempted to get service here was a waste of time. We wouldn’t have gone back the second or third time but it seems we always catch a flat when we are in that area. With that being said we always took our chances and left on our flat in hopes we made it to another tire shop. Poor staffing will make a business go under.
