My daughter and I have been shopping at the red carpet since 2008. They have gone above and beyond to meet our needs as well as to dress us appropriately for every occasion.My daughter recently got married, and I received Compliments on the dress I bought from red carpet!

Worth 1 hour drive for selection and service! The owner was so patient and her staff was attentive! My daughter narrowed it down to 3 dresses before picking her PROM dress, and she tried those 3 on several times. Never did we feel rushed or a bother. The staff assisted her EVERY change! Will be driving back for alterations once have shoes, and we are happy to do that!! Will be going back for all her formal wear!!

This little store has so many dresses!! The variety of styles and sizes was impressive. The staff are wonderful! They are super friendly and helpful. They take their time with you and never make you feel rushed. We actually drove 4 1/2 hours to shop here for a homecoming dress. We had been to many different stores in Louisiana and Mississippi and this was the most welcoming, friendliest, and helpful one we found! We will be back for Prom in the spring!

Rude service and altered dress completely wrong. Spent way to much money on a dress for it not to be altered correctly.

Staff wasn't friendly at all and not very helpful. The young girls working there were complaining loudly about customers they "had to deal with" the entire time to other employees. One employee was walking around eating pizza while showing us where to look for dresses. Aside from the rude and unprofessional staff, the store is entirely too small and congested and dresses are too crammed in on small racks.

The staff is amazing, gave many options to try on. One of the associates found the most perfect fitting dress for my daughter. The only downside is that they make you purchase the dress that a thousand people have already tried on. When u pay 600 to 1,600 for a dress because this place is expensive.???? They should have knew one's in the back for you to take home...... Instead you have to take the used very ridiculously over priced one home. Plus the owner of the shop has a bit of a chip on her shoulder and u can tell she judges you on your appearance ??Rich people I swear ?

The sweetest sales lady helped my daughter and I with her prom dress. She assisted with fitting the dresses and even suggested accessories. The dress my daughter decided upon had a slight pull on the bust and she gave us suggestions on how fix it. It would have been nice to get a small discount because of it but I understand she was just the salesperson. I hope it will come out or not be noticeable.

We drove an hour to shop at The Red Carpet. The service was excellent. The store clerk patiently allowed my daughter to try on many many dresses until she found the one. Would definitely recommend this store.
