We were in the area for a trip and needed to move a little before we left. Had a very good time with very welcome people. The warm up mobility work before the main guided workout was a great start to class.

Fantastic choice if you are looking for small group workouts or personal training. Great for everyone no matter what your fitness level is. I always felt comfortable here and I really enjoyed the small group setting. Highly recommend!

The nicest people, the cleanest facilities, and the most fun workout. This is a wonderful option for people in Mandeville looking for a crossfit-like environment without all the grunting.

Jen is a wonderful trainer! She helps you set goals, manage your diet, and creates a comfortable environment to work out in. She really focuses on teaching you the fundamentals of how to correctly work out, which is more important than you realize. I appreciate the time and effort she puts into every workout and my husband and I look forward to coming back every week?. We highly highly recommend Trace Athletics to everyone!!!

I love Trace Athletics! These are quality workouts designed by the trainer Jen Zimmer. She’s not just throwing random exercises together. The workouts are carefully thought out. Trace also has a supportive and positive community that’s become my Fitfam for life!

Jen was my trainer in Denver. I am an older woman and had never worked with a trainer before. Jen was very patient and always took the time to show me how to use the equipment correctly and safely. She always thought of interesting routines and I never got bored. She’s a really nice person and very pleasant to work with. She’s also very smart and knows her stuff. I came to her to get stronger and I definitely have...I feel so much better. It will be impossible to find another trainer as good as her!

I’ve trained with Jen for about 2 years. When I started, being under a bar was intimidating to me, but within weeks I was feeling comfortable and feeling confident and strong.About a year ago I underwent my 3rd knee surgery, and Jen was by me for every step of my rehab. The range of knowledge she has is awesome! Whether your goals are to rehab, build muscle or lose weight, Jen will have the knowledge and tools to help you on your journey!

Jennifer is terrific! I’m an older, very experienced runner who has never been interested in strength training until I met Jennifer. She made me feel welcome, has been so encouraging, and set up a great program to improve my muscle strength and tone. This has helped me gain strength in my arms and core and improve my running. I think the world of her!

Jenn is a wonderful trainer. Have worked with her for more than three years. She was always really prepared. The workouts were varied and targeted to whatever training and injury needs I had. Really nice person as well!

I met Jenn earlier this year as I returned to Weight training. She’s knowledgeable and fun to train with! She challenges you but is also mindful of form and mobility which helps prevents injuries. Ive been able to work out consistently without injuries. I highly recommend her and her gym!
