I see quite a few bad reviews, but all my experiences here have always been pretty good. The only thing that can make a visit take longer than expected is customers themselves. I have never had a single issue with any of the employees as they have always been nice, friendly, and cordial to me.

I used this location one time for a PO box. I did not renew it in 2023. I receive a phone call from a young lady (Caitlyn?) who advised me that she could release my mail to me if I renewed my mail box. I advised I had not renewed months ago, this had already been dealt with. She advised she would then further return all of my mail. I work around the corner from this store and could have picked up. She said no, I was not allowed to have my mail. Well listen, you called me over a po box that i never renewed because I no longer needed it. If you now have mail, bc clearly someone dropped the ball, why would you have the audacity to argue with me over my own mail???????? Not only was she rude, but she was sarcastic and thought this was funny.This is a sad situation because we use this location for our company's shipping needs. I know who helped me because of this. I was just there this week shipping off packages. I will be sure to find another shipping location. Never should a customer be addressed in the manner in which i was spoken to.

I have been to this UPS store many times the staff is always extremely helpful, and are able to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend doing business at this store.

UPS Store Hwy. 190 Mandeville LA 70471 is by far the efficient, helpful and friendly mailing facility I've come across in the 25+ years we've lived here. The owner John is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. One of his best employees is Patrick Spiderman (yes, that's his middle name. He's got a great story around it). He's a quiet leader, funny, and experienced. Please check out this UPS Store the next time you need a package shipped.

Started using this place after having an issue with The Shipping Post, and I must say that they are much better. The people that work there have always been kind to me and never rude and they never have an issue with me dropping off my packages.

Be sure to bring your own tape. Even if it’s a 3 inch piece because this location will charge $2. My box was a UPS pre purchased label too. Yes the cost of nearly everything is going up; so has shipping - charging additional money for something that can help your customers is priceless. I suggest pick your “up charges”reasonably. Your store isn’t our only option to ship from nor is it even convenient.

We had to ship back an item to Amazon on Monday, Dec. 12th and dropped it off at this store. After several days, it reported as 'item not yet shipped'. We made the attempt to call this store multiple times and wasn't able to get an answer. My wife went over there on her lunch break, said NO ONE was in there, employee said they had been busy... she called the store while waiting at the counter and watched the employees completely ignore the phone. When asked about the item, they just rudely reply with "take it up with Amazon". Won't be using this store again.

This location overcharges for packing. I shipped a package back to myself while recently visiting family. I often used UPS to pack and ship in my home state. I shipped a fairly small non-fragile framed print. The charge was $56.95 for the packing. The shipping was a separate amount. For $56.95, they packed the picture in cardboard box with copious styrofoam pills. That is all. Beware that this location grossly overcharges.

I came to print a 5 page document that I emailed to the store’s email address and they charged me an additional $3 for “1-15 minute computer use” for the employee to use their own computer to print said document.

UPDATE: The owner of The UPS Store contacted me about this package. HE searched the store and found no package. Based on my drop off he knew which UPS truck it should be on. He contacted the manager of the UPS branch and she searched the truck and found the package wedged somewhere. Without his help the package may have never been found or delivered. Something incredibly important to my son was found and delivered. I feel the owner could have just ignored my call, instead he went over and above and everything turned out great because of his diligence. Lesson learned, don't believe everything UPS tells you, as they were adamant on the 800 number the package had to be at the store. I am very grateful for his reply and response. I will definitely continue to use this business. I changed a 1 star to 5 stars and well deserved.Original: Had to mail something overnight to my son. A very important package. Now UPS over a day and a half later says it never left the store according to their records and appears lost. Something that was irreplaceable for my son seems lost. I should have just had UPS pick up from my office. The label and everything was already created. Don't drop off packages here.
