“The guys who run this place are phenomenal. I came here with my toddler who immediately threw up on me as soon as I sat down and the owner Jason was so incredibly sweet. He jumped up from what he was doing brought me paper towels, water for baby and me and a whole garbage can, he told me not to worry about anything. The sales man I talked to was great, in fact of all the sales people I talked to between New Orleans and the Northshore he was the most knowledgeable and not slimey at all. He listened to me, what my preferences were and only tried to sell me cars that matched. Unlike some other big dealerships who tried to pull me in with cars that were not available or tried to sell me heavily marked up junk the guys at Auto Direct have quality cars they sell for reasonable prices, big dealership service but good neighborhood spot feels.”
