I don’t know how it’s possible this location has 2.9 rating. The staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I would give this location 1000 stars if I could. They always greet me with a smile and stick to their script like clockwork. They have bent over backwards many times just to be helpful, sincerely love the team here.

This is the third time this year they have received my package at this post office and sent it somewhere else! First it was sent Back to New Orleans, then it was on the WEST BANK! Today they sent my package to Franklinton. I LIVE IN MANDEVILLE!

The guy that works there is rude. He is not the old tall man. The other one. Yall know who I'm referring to. I'm pretty sure he received negative feedback here before. My daughter is in the spectrum and he said he can just take a picture since I was not with my husband. He turned around and told us just do the picture next time as my daughter did not want to sit. Like I said she is in the spectrum and so it takes a little bit more time for her follow what she is being asked to do. No. As soon as my daughter hugged me he turned around and said just do it next time! So rude!

avoid this location unless you want to wait forever! Theres always one guy working even with other employees there, instead of moving the line along. This is the case everytime I've come here.

It was my first time coming to this post office, and I only needed to drop off a letter that had already been stamped and sealed. There was a short line, but I asked one of the clerks if there was somewhere to drop off my letter without waiting in line. The man working was so kind, offered me several options, and said instead of waiting in line I could just drop it off at his station and he’d take care of it for me. It was quick and easy, and refreshing to have a kind man assist me at the post office.

I have yet to go in there where there wasn't at least 10 to 15 people ahead of me. I don't understand why the liness have to be so long.

Had to go in for a passport application with my brother. The man helping us was very kind and explained everything. I very much appreciated his banter and welcoming attitude! Thank y'all for serving our community!
If you are coming to the post office, make sure you have some patience and grace with the staff and procedures. They are doing what they can with the resources given to them. They are human, too!

All I want for Christmas is help at the post office. Another December, another month of waiting 30 minutes in line with 1 or 2 employees available

Slow, sooooo very slow, which is compounded by delivery workers who do the bare min in the service area. Had a package that needed signature. They came once and left a notice, which I signed and left for them. They never came again, no second attempt, no final attempt. So off to post office I go to stand in this line with others seeking the same. Where is the accountability. Whoever the postmaster is for this area should be replaced.
