You can walk next door to Banner Ford and buy a brand new vehicle faster than you can buy a new phone or deal with issues at this place. Terribly slow. Also the Verizon service in mandeville is pretty poor compared to AT&T. We switched from AT&T because of service issue only to find that Verizon is much worse. We switched back to AT&T.

Went in with my husband to switch over to verizon. Store employees had a customer at every desk. We walked around trying to figure out what to do..didn't see a take a number sign, have a seat sign or anything saying to a new potential customer what to do because NOT ONE EMPLOYEE said Hello or be right with you... Nothing at all during the 25 minutes we stood waiting for acknowledgement. I turned around and walked out seeing none were finishing up any time soon.

I am so thankful for Brad and Cellular Sales! My phone battery was totally kaput right before Hurricane Ida and I didn’t know how I was going to stay in touch with family during evacuation. The store was open when I needed them and Brad patiently helped me set up my beautiful iPhone 12 Pro Max. I recommend Cellular Sales over the regular stores for special attention when it matters most.

Brad Meyer, is an awesome and patient sale associate. I visited the store to inquire about the new internet service, Brad did some investigating and discovered it wasn't available in my area just yet. However, he did set me up to receive updates when it would be available. Brad, also noticed my account needed to be updated and also put me in a new plan/same plan were I am saving money. SO YEAH BRAD!

Long story short my IPhone dropped on concrete and died. It was a Sunday at 5:53pm when I called the store on 190, Mandeville. I was told they closed in 7 minutes I asked if someone could please stay and help me, in desperation! Samuel Diamond stayed even though he had dinner plans with his Father! Samuel saved my life and is an excellent person! I highly recommend this Verizon store and ask for Samuel Diamond!!Cheers my hero!!!!!

I had great help here when I was getting phones for my family. The salesperson was very clear about everything. I left fully understanding every part of our plan, and what to expect on the first bill. This place is excellent and will take good care of you as they are honest and upfront about everything.
