“We switched to Dr. Ledet's office after we had a few not so great experiences with our previous vet of 6 years. Dr. Ledet is SO thorough & knowledgeable. She not only tells you what your pet may need, but goes in depth as to why, & I think that is very important in a healthcare provider of any kind. She explains every little thing no matter how long it takes and answers all of my questions! We bring both of our girls here (golden retriever & black lab), and our lab just got her teeth cleaned & had x-rays while she was under anesthesia which I LOVE that they offer x-rays not only of their teeth, but a thoracic x-ray to check for abnormalities! We are all about taking preventative measures to keep our girls happy & healthy! And SHE called me personally during Mei's teeth cleaning & after to tell me how it was going/how it went/review her findings/etc. Her office may be touch more expensive than our last, but it is 100% true when they say "you get what you pay for!" She & her staff are WORTH IT!”

“My small dog Coco ate some wild mushrooms while she was in the backyard. This prompted me to call the veterinary hospital at Northlake. They immediately scheduled an emergency visit and I was able to get my dog treated by Dr Leonard. After taking the appropriate actions and running some bloodwork Dr Leonard explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was calm and reassuring and went over the test results and told me what things I needed to look for going forward after we returned home and over the next few days. Thankfully I have Trupanion Pet Insurance which helped out with the unexpected expense of an emergency visit. Northlake took care of everything including submitting the claim to Trupanion and applying the payment to my bill so I only had to come up with the balance. This made everything so much easier for me and I appreciated it. I always take my pets to Northlake for their routine and preventative care. I try to schedule with Dr Leonard as he is very patient and caring as well as informative and my dogs are comfortable with him. All of the employees, vet technicians and Veterinary Doctors I have ever seen there were great to work with and friendly. I have confidence that my pet will receive great care at Northlake and highly recommend them.”

“Dr. Incandela truly treated us like family. We recently experienced a tragedy, our beloved momma rat Brownie broke her leg and we were horrified that we may have to make a tough choice about her life. Thankfully, Dr, Incandela was able to amputate her leg for under $600 (I’ve read the procedure goes for upwards of $1000) Brownie has a litter of babies, and while we’ve had to sperate them, Incandela gave us some directives about how to feed the babies. Brownie honestly has been acting brand new since she came home. The front desk staff are also worth mentioning, as they were more than kind as we had to split payments between card and cash. Thanks so much Cypress Point for saving her life!”

“Can't recommend this place enough. We brought our Labrador in for coughing up blood on the recommendation from our primary vet, which led to a cancer diagnosis. Both the ER and Oncology departments were very compassionate. Allie the nurse assigned to our dog let us visit her in the evening while she stayed in the ER and let us stay in the visiting room with her all day the next day as we live three hours away and had nowhere to go. Extremely compassionate people in such a difficult time for my wife and I. Words can't express our thanks to them.”

“We've taken our dogs to them prolly since they opened in 2005 and this place is amazing. Our last dog, a maltise, lived to 19.5 years old. As tough as it was with him passing away, without Devun, he prolly wouldnt have made it to 19.5. Our dog now, who is 5, is also a maltise, and Devun has continued to do a phenomenal job with him. They do any and everything they can for your pet and they show you how to take care of them in the best way.

But the thing that means the most is that they care. They'll call you and check on your pet if they needed to give them medication.

Dr. Newton explained everything she was going to do with the surgery and did such a wonderful job you can hardly see Millie’s scar. She provided such good physical therapy (which was included) after surgery and that gave Millie a foot forward in healing. All the techs were simply the best. They checked for other possible causes and issues, and sent us with medications and a follow up plan for our regular vet. We thought it was reasonably priced and we were very glad to get our dog seen that day.”
