Once a great place to get your prescriptions filled. No longer true. New hires with negative attitudes have created an untenable relationship with customers.

Extremely helpful staff. The employees here go above and beyond for their customers

Just too busy and too slow...
They don't check the voicemail system, so it will be hours before your prescription is ready. You have to call them and tell them to check.
This used to be a good, professional pharmacy.
It isn't now, so I've filled my last prescription there.

Average two days to fill prescriptions! This is pathetic and their usual!

Staff is always friendly and helpful! I have been looking for a product that they gave me a rain check for 2 months ago. When the manager helped me today, he told me it would be in Friday. I can call and they will hold it for me! Love my Walgreens!

If you can go somewhere else The pharmacist lady in there is very rude. They're slow as can be they take 7 hours to fill a basic prescription. Go to the Walgreens on Claiborne Hill

Would prefer to use a local family owned pharmacy but sadly Tricare doesn’t allow us to use one anymore. This happened as we relocated from Raleigh, NC to Mandeville. Has been tough finding a pharmacist who knows us and our health issues. However, we haven’t had any issues with things going wrong here. Although we don’t get that local loyal treatment as we use to, I do appreciate the follow up calls that the pharmacist makes to see if there are issues with medications I’m taking.

I am wheelchair bound and a sweet young man with white hair helped me all throughout my way through the store showing me where things were and lifting everything for me. He had so much patience and is a great young man. The store is very clean and there isn’t much noise either

Took 9 minutes in the drive through for the pharmacy to acknowledge me and a total of 16 minutes to pick up a prescription. I had called and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited 60 minutes and it still was not ready. I will never use the Highway 22 Walgreens ever again.

This Walgreens pharmacy is criminally bad. It's pharmacists knowledge on medications have probably put someone in the hospital. Stay away. the Walgreens down the street have an amazing helpful staff. The extra 5 mins in the car is definitely worth it.

rudest Walgreen's pharmacy I've ever been to. They have no care for anyone.

The pharmacy staff is efficient, caring, professional and go above and beyond. I won't switch to an online insurance owned pharmacy because I trust the PEOPLE here. I know they see us as more than a number and care about each of us. Sappy, I know...but true!
