This Neighborhood Walmart is going down the tubes. The cashiers (probably not all) are getting pretty nasty, ghetto and aggresive. Openly complaining about customers. Acting like you are bothering them at checkout. Customer service nonexistent. I would have been fired for what I’ve watched them do and their nasty attitude.

My go to place when I'm shopping late or looking to avoid the more expensive groceries in the area. My only complaint is it's selection is a little limited, the neighborhood grocery in Covington is bigger and has a larger selection.

Pharmacy is good, the salad/fruits/veggies are always empty. I can't figure out why though.*editThis store is almost always empty. The Covington WNM location is always stocked but this one can't get it together.

Today's cashiers were extremely rude, never made eye contact with me, never said hello. When i said hello, crickets. Yet she carried on an entire conversation with the GIANT that works there (also rude and unpleasant each time I go). I felt like I was in high school for a moment they both made me feel unwelcomed. Probably bc of the opening remark as i walked into her lane she stated that she just wanted to leave and eat. Ill just go shop elsewhere bc everytime I go there the workers are almost always rude. If you dont like your job, find another one and stop spreading your misery.

Rude, all I needed was propane at self check out and I have to hear "Oh..I wish I had that kind of money." Because I wanted a new bottle and not an exchange... I wish I could buy my groceries in peace without remarks.

The store was nearby where I was staying. It was easy to find. There was plenty of parking. The employees were polite. The store was clean. Even though I was out of town I was able to use the Walmart App to quickly find the items. Self check out was quick. The prices were good.

Curbside pickup is awful. They have zero coordination. Customer arrives then calls in are waiting behind those who call in ahead of time to pick up orders doesn’t make sense. Pitiful customer service.

Just left the Walmart I cannot believe there's a lady about 70 years old out there in this heat getting the buggies in you would think they would have someone younger to do that.

The location of the Mandeville neighborhood Walmart is great. It is centrally located, usually has enough parking to accommodate customers and the store is getting better and better as they organize and redecorate the interior. However customer service still sucks and lines are still unbelievably long. They are constantly increasing the number of self-checkout and hiring less and less actual cashiers. Do not support this new procedure! Make Walmart hire more cashiers! We're not paid to work for a BILLION DOLLAR company for free! Stop the monopoly!! Force Walmart to hire more cashiers and pay them higher salaries to give incentive for more to apply for jobs there and to reduce the wait times for customers. I tried not to shop at Walmart at home but now and then I end up there when the only other choices are exponentially higher than Walmart such as Ross sis, Winn-Dixie and Whole Foods and they don't offer though variety of inventory that Walmart does. Walmart should never have less van 10 or 20 cashiers working at any given time. They have the money for but only want to increase their profits. Also they are not the cheap alternative anymore they are just as high as the other stores in your area I saw you actually only save a few nickels by going there.

It's normally pretty busy, and if you want to buy alcohol but need assistance, don't go. I have hand problems and my daughter was helping me by caring my alcohol and the lady supervising a checkout would not allow us to purchase it because my daughter had touched it even though I obviously had braces on both hands and could not do it myself. I believe that's a violation of ADA and they didn't care.

Prices a whole lot cheaper. I know prices has gone up but Walmart still got other stores beat.
