Poorest service ever I bought a prepaid device in which they set it up as contract. All I wanted was internet which I found later is available at my residence.I'm stuck with the bill with no service

The gentleman that worked at the store was an awesome dude he was on the same level that I was and understood what I was trying to say. He fix the issue right away with no issue. I actually had another question the next day, and he was gladly to fix it. Also, he attended two others that came in with the same attitude. Awesome dude.

Store Manager Dan was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and services. He helped me set up all of my devices and made sure I was able to keep my numbers from my other company. Great guy a true asset.

Horrible, horrible service! My family member into the store and told them she wanted $30 prepaid plan, asked what her monthly bill was going to be and was told would have to come back the next day before they could tell her what my bill would be. Went back the next day and was told bill would be $100+ per month. Told them she wanted to return phone & cancel plan…..was charged restocking fee. Those people showed no shame over trying to rip her off while she’s on a very tight budget.

Katelyn was so professional and knowledgeable. I drove to the Mansfield store because I knew she was working here today. She helped me upgrade my phone and Apple Watch. She was great at multi tasking too, was able to help a few other customers while we were waiting on my information to transfer over. Great experience with Kate at the Mansfield store.

Katelyn was recommended to us, so we came to her to make the switch to AT&T from a prepaid carrier and we are so glad we did! We wanted to keep our numbers and she worked so hard to help us do that even when it was a complicated process. She was friendly and did everything she could to make sure we had everything we needed and that we got whatever sales and discounts we were eligible for. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience with phone company employees previously- we had actually started using prepaid for that reason!

I went to Polk St. in Mansfield Louisiana location he was very nice and kept apologizing for the wait he was working along so it was about 10-15 minutes but all in all it was a great experience I will be going back ❤️

Pathetic customer service. I lost the charger for my phone and went to this store to buy one. Not all wall chargers work with my phone so I simply asked if I could try it first to make sure it would work.The lady got frustrated as if my request was some huge hassle for her. She took my phone from me and ran behind the counter to plug it in. Then she said "yeah, it says 1 hour until it's charged." Then she gave me this look like I had ruined her day.I said "Ok, thank you" as nice and friendly as possible, but she didn't even respond to it.I couldn't wait to get out of that place.

These are the rudest people I have ever meet in a store. Go some where else for help
