I went thru self check out and the lady working that section was very rude. She told me with as much as I had I should be going thru self check out. I told her I do it all the time and have seen other doing it too. She took over and checked my things out. When I was done I asked her if she would like to go over everything and make sure I got everything on the receipt. She said no. All because 1 item I had did not scan correctly and my son caught it and the attendant acted like I was trying to still it. It was a thing of ice cream. I usually double check everything and make sure it is paid for. The lady at the door looking at the receipts was as sweet as she could be. I told her what happened and she suggested I report the woman at self check out. She said we are suppose to be friendly and courteous. I told her that she has always been courteous as I am leaving the store. I usually spend $600 or more per month in Wal-Mart. The woman at self check out that day really made me angry. I can check out pretty fast as I have been a checker several times in my life. In fact I worked for Wal-Mart back in the 1980's. There was no since in that woman being so rude to me. I don't remember her name or I would give it to you.

The joys if shopping at Walmart. They don't help put your groceries in your cart, and you pay them so as you walk out the door they treat you as a criminal.

I love walmart but this particular store is terrible. They need better customer service. I get the employees have things to do but at the end of the day they need to respect the customers more. This particular walmart can't bother to answer a simple phone call.

Walmart has a lot, but shopping on the app and picking it up at the store means it has almost everything. They guarantee their products and exchange their brands without hassle. Friendly helpful people always welcome you and thank you when you leave. Who else does that?

This store is utterly ridiculous, customer service is supposed to be the hub of the store but it's closed 75% of the time. If the cashier goes on break, send in a relief worker not close it down. The srore manager is sad only thing he knows is how to grin up in a camera. And the higher up associates act like they don't know what to do since they were promoted.
