Cindy Simmons should not whisper on the phone advising someone NOT to do a transfer when the customer requests it to be done. She should also stay out of customer’s family business. Would she put a minor on the streets to live without support? By her actions and comments she would. It is also very unprofessional to lie about the bank not accepting a POA that has been prepared by an attorney. And definitely she should not slam the phone down in someone’s ear not once but twice.I personally do business with Sabine Bank and Trust and have been happy but will never ever do business with Cindy Simmons. If she needs to speak to me she can call and I’ll talk to her with a witness present. I’ll be glad to tell the truth as to why a minor is living a better safer life.

Cindy Simmons is by far the rudest and most intrusive person I’ve encountered in my years of banking and customer service. She gave false information to me twice this week to avoid transferring money to my account from a member of the bank. After calling her and asking her since when did she become a trusted financial advisor, I had the phone slammed in my face. When I called again to make a complaint against her, I was given the run around by bank staff and transferred to her again. ? She hung up in my face AGAIN after I stated who I was. FINALLY after my 3rd call in a 10 minute span, I was able to leave a message for Mr. McCann about my troubles and false information INTENTIONALLY provided by Cindy. Mr. McCann returned my call promptly and was kind and listened to my complaints. I hope something is done about Cindy Simmons lack of professionalism, integrity, and respect.

Unpleasant, and nearly incompetent staff working at this place. It is nothing but trouble dealing with this bank. The staff and management there does not understand or comprehend the laws of the nation and state at all. They have no qualms on making your day unpleasant and nasty. As power of attorney (and executor of part of it) for the family estate, this bank has done everything (it seems) to trip me up and hassle me in making numerous large deposits (petroleum royalties) into the estate account. Well at least I got an attorney (and judge) involved in it to resolve it through succession and other means.I definitely do not recommend you or your family banking here, as it can be nothing but trouble and misery dealing with these "poh dunk" bankers in Many.

Not a good bank the itd states that they sent my refund to this bank Sabine Sabrine bank claims they didn't receive it that's not true every one knows the IRD will let u know exactly where they sent your refund when I inquire about my refund they had a bad attitude

The motor banking has great service. The ladies are very pleasant and helpful. I only use motor banking unless I have to go inside.

What a joke...Requested a limit increase on my debit card to purchase a new central ac for my house...they denied it. I'm sticking with Chase bank. I'll gladly pay the atm fees every once in a blue moon that I need to withdraw from an atm near my house to not deal with the horse and buggie antics of an outdated bank like Sabine. How ridiculous, and the people in Many are rude an unhelpful with the internet banking department. Their name is certainly suiting... Just a bunch of Sabines...
