“Iron Gym has that old school gym vibe I love, but it still has everything you need to build muscle, burn fat, and get a serious workout in. The protein bar is a huge plus, but what really sets this place apart is the community. Everyone I’ve met has been kind, welcoming, and respectful, and even in the short time I’ve been here, it already feels like home. I especially want to give a shoutout to Lex. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met, and you can tell she works hard and really cares about the gym and the people who train there. As a jiu jitsu athlete, former MMA fighter, and retired military guy, my body has taken a beating over the years, so I definitely hope they bring yoga or mobility classes back someday. For now, YouTube yoga will have to do. If you live anywhere around Iron Gym I strongly recommend giving Iron Gym a shot. And if you’re just visiting or staying at the casino down the way, skip the hotel gym and get a day pass here instead. You’ll get a better workout, better equipment, and a much better atmosphere.
