Like any ISP they have issues from time to time but quickly get it resolved. I have never had any issues when dealing with the owner and his staff, they are usually happy to answer questions and I know if there is a connectivity issue they are working hard to resolve the problem. We use their service for work (secure VPN) and for media streaming from multiple devices on a daily basis with no issues.
