Worst company to get furniture from . I scheduled a delivery on my ONLY off day and they stood me up . I called the store 3 times about the delivery and the lady kept saying they coming and they never did!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!

HORRIBLE, I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Our TV started glitching after only 1 year of having it. It would turn on, but shut right back off. We contacted Aarons in hope that we could get a repair technician sent over to our home (it's included in our agreement). The first time we called, the worker told us that she would put a ticket in and attempt to find us a replacement TV. She said someone would contact us within 24-48 hours. A couple days went by and we didn't hear anything. We decided to contact them again and to our surprise, the first worker didn't even put the ticket in. The second worked assured that she would put a ticket in and someone would call us within 24-48 hours along with trying to find us a replacement TV. Another couple days went by and NOTHING. At this point, we are extremely frustrated so I called to file a complaint. The woman who answered the phone to take my complaint was very kind. She put a ticket in and said that a Supervisor would be in touch with me within 24-48 hours. Right after that, I called our store to check on the status of our ticket since it had been waaaay past 48 hours. The worker told us that she had no idea why they would tell us 24-48 hours because it usually takes longer and that someone would be in contact with us within the next two days. It has been about a week now and we still have not heard back from ANYBODY. This is the WORST experience I've ever had while renting from a company. They will blow up your phone if you are ONE DAY late on your payment, but they can't return a phone call in a timely matter? Extremely unprofessional and downright rude. DO NOT RENT FROM AARONS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rent at this location and they are renovating the building because of the hurricane they still have workers working in damage condition I went in to speak with someone and left with a headache it was so sick I don’t understand how they allow those people to work in that condition this has to be against the law on the OSHA is no way that those people should be in that building why construction is going oh and working please reach out and call the news or whoever you need to call because that is not fair to treat human beings this way

I have dealt with Mrs. Diane and Mrs. Erica for years and not one time when I brought my furniture threw them I had a problem. They were always professional sweet and helpful. I never got a bad experience from them when I was dealing with them.
