This is the only place that had the part to fix my leaking faucet. A little more expensive but I needed the part.

Hard to go to a hardware store and not walk the aisles. Limited selection.

When I purchased material to sew my curtains, the saleslady tore the fabric for each curtain instead of cutting it in one long piece. She explained that by doing so my curtains would hang straight. These are the best looking curtains I ever sewed. They hang perfectly and look like they were purchased. I appreciate her helping me this way. Also, Ullo's offer the same kind of help on hardware side of the store. They have my AC filters and they replaced and fitted a screw on my pot lid that was too large for the cover knob that wouldn't stay on.

Because of Covid, Ullo is a store "window" for now, but they had "tomb" paint, which I needed to dress up my family's tomb in New Orleans. The owner put the paint on a shaker, which I didn't even ask him to (I wasn't using it that day.) AND he carried the heavier than average (tomb paint is ground down minerals) two gallons to my car, which though unnecessary, was gracious. I glimpsed an amazing cowboy/sun hat from Mexico with a gigantic and fancy brim and unfortunately bought it for my son. He LOVED it upon seeing it, so I couldn't keep it for myself. I have to return for the last one there. They put it aside with my name on it. Can't ask for better service. When I get a chance to go inside I'll up their rating to five stars...
