Beware - The Marrero store is not a corporate store, only an authorized dealer. They have very deceptive business practices. Added services to my account without authorization or even asking causing an inflated bill. Seems that this store is paid a commission to sign you up for the Next program. When confronted Chad said not my problem call the 800 number to remove. Manager (Chad) was horrible. Admitted that he charged the $55 restocking fee, told me that it wasn’t his problem and he didn’t “feel like explaining to his manager why he didn’t charge”. He told me to take it up with AT&T customer service. After talking with several people, seems this store makes a ton of problems and refuses to take ownership. Instead of handling any problems they push you off to the 800 number. He had the nerve to tell me I have been acting fraudulently on our account for years. He is a joke. He was also unwilling to give me the area supervisor name but with some research it is Charles Fain. The authorized dealer is Prime Communications. Do yourself a favor- bypass and go to the corporate store on Manhattan. Lesson learned.

They literally scamming people, they offer me a new line to make my bill go down(283$) and now my bill is 505.03$ we went back try to fix it and they don’t respond.

I had an awesome experience with my AT&T rep, Chad! He helped me upgrade to the new iPhone 16 Plus and made the whole process super easy and stress free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really made sure I understood all my options. I appreciated how friendly and professional he was the entire time. If you’re looking to upgrade or need help with anything AT&T related, definitely ask for Chad…He’s the best!
