Complete waste of time with store clerks who have absolutely no idea about their own products at the Marrero location. I explained that three of five of our family phones would lose service for 12 hours or more on end as their SIM cards would go undetected. I told them how my husband had gotten the issue resolved at the Baton Rouge location and how it was done. When I called my husband to better explain the issue, the clerk immediately followed with “I’m not trying to hear him!” which was completely frustrating considering I was trying to correctly explain the issue. She said I needed to buy all new SIM cards and that the problem was our phones. When I tried to explain again with my husband on the line, they directed me to the Harvey location with absolutely no attempt to resolve our issues. I explained the exact same thing to the Harvey location and our issues were resolved in less than 10 minutes. I'm disgusted with the Clerk's behavior and am surprised that they can even maintain a storefront with that disgraceful level of mannerisms. Never again.

Very helpful staff, helped me lower my bill an extra $20 by adding aarp. The ladies are very knowledgeable and friendly 10/10 will recommend!

We went to see Victoria at the Marrero, La store and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable about all the products and services. She is an amazing asset to her employer. Her smile is infectious.

I went saturday my phone broke, and the guy helped me and gave me the phone number to get it started to fix. It got fixed then today I went back to get my phone unlocked. Great staff and knew exactly what to do.

Very poor service. Better just doing your upgrade yourself online. The associate did not explain what she was charging me for in the store or mention how much my upgrade would be or any fees. She didn't give me a receipt either. All she did was sing the songs on in the store. Very poor service I would not recommend this store. It would be worth driving to another one near by.
