This budget locations customer service by Sam was splendid! She tried to assist where she could and for matters out of her control she provided the number and information required to get my issues resolved. I returned the truck there so in terms of back end customer service, this was top notch.

We rented a van, arrived instead got a 16 ft box truck. No thanks.
