This store has ghetto employees. Manager included.the young man who calls every lady “Ma” thinks it cool but it’s not. Then when I asked him to re-ring my items he decided to be disrespectful. His ignorance and wannabe thug attitude shows me just who he is. Hell no! I’m not the one. I will make a formal complaint to corporate but considering the type of employees they hire it’s probably not much they are going to do. I do know I can spend my money elsewhere!

Yeah open 24 hours my behind. It's 5:30 in the morning my wife has to get the kids up for school and now I have to explain to my pregnant wife that the circle k that sells the ice cream she likes was closed for whatever reason.

They are never consistently open at the same time every day. It is unsatisfactory that anyone should be on the phone and smoking a vape while running a cash register or doing any work inside of the store. I've only ever encountered one person who actually cared about her job there.

why are thee only 1 employee in the store at busy times especially after 2pm . there can be 5 employees there in the morning. they need to do better at scheduling even shifts , both for employee safety and costumer service.

Leaving review after cashier and manager ignored my issue. Manager was very rude. Corporate office has also yet to return my call or email.

The only complaint I have is that the icee machines are never fully operational and the same goes with the fountain drinks. Also they have issues with the cups,lids and straws. Either cup but no lids to fit or lids with no cup to fit or have to ask for straws and lids...kinda aggravating when u have ur mind set on an ice cold drink or icee on a blistering hot day...

I went their this morning 12/22/2020 and pumps 5 and 6 were down. Went to pump 8 and I could not even put my debit card in the slot. Something is blocking it. It seems that every time I go there, at least one or more card readers are not working and it is very frustrating trying to find one that does work. This is a very busy gas station and when this happens I usually leave.UPDATE: The owner responded a day later and said he will take care of the card readers immediately. That was great. I bumped them up to 3 stars because of this. If the pumps are working I will bump them up to 4.

This place is ridiculous! I have never seen employees make their work place their HOME! The girl on night shift has a friend that sets a chair up and has a blanket and hangs out in front the register ALL night. The employee doesn’t stop talking on her phone or to her friend while checking customers out. One time she gave me too much change not paying attention because she was so deep in conversation. They are UNPROFESSIONAL to say the LEAST. It’s appalling that a manager isn’t watching these employees at night. They’re also rude, I had a shot girl shirt on & she called me a street worker & told her co worker “why you want a white girl” because the male employee complimented me in a respectful manner!!! Never have I seen employees behave the way these do on the night shift. Disgusting. You might as well hire the girl that sets shop up in front the check out counter she’s there all night anyway!!! Your employees are rude and unprofessional (Two different girls got upset BOTH TIMES I had to ask them to refill the soda, the second time I had to ask for straws to which she smacked her teeth!!!)
RETRAIN THEM OR START OVER!!!!! You’ll lose my business soon. Next time I go in I will get their names and call corporate if the same behavior continues. This is a JOB, Not your house!!!! I don’t want to hear about how your sisters boyfriend got caught sleeping (they used a different more vulgar word) with her best friend!!! I don’t even know what to say besides this on how shocked I am that they’ve kept this behavior up so long without consequences. OH, one more thing. They can NEVER break $100 bills. I bought $35 PLUS gas and they couldn’t break a 100? I believe they may have not had the money but it’s happened more than once. Mgmt needs to step up. Period. It’s sad.
